A DEMOCRACIA NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE: A PARTICIPAÇÃO CIDADÃ E AS NOVAS FORMAS DE CONTROLE SOCIAL DIANTE DAS NOVAS TECNOLOGIAS

Resumo

O presente trabalho versa sobre a cidadania investida pelo fito digital e os efeitos da Internet no modelo hodierno de comunicação entre os atores sociais. O ambiente virtual propicia interação, que permite ao cidadão participar do processo da governança, atentando-se aos acontecimentos relacionados. Os recursos tecnológicos podem ser utilizados como proposta estratégica de mediação em pautas distintas e de interesse coletivo. Assim, utilizou-se da ancoragem metodológica quanto à abordagem o método dedutivo, partindo da visão geral da utilização das TIC (Tecnologia de Informação e Comunicação), para o impacto das interações e comunicação do Estado frente à sociedade, como forma de assegurar direitos. Quanto ao método de procedimento, foi utilizado o monográfico com a pesquisa bibliográfica, com a qual se verificará como a Internet se constitui um ambiente de comunicação que apodera atores sociais na contemporaneidade demonstrando também o papel do Estado frente às novas tecnologias de comunicação.  Palavras-chave: Democracia. THE DEMOCRACY IN CONTEMPORANEITY: CITIZEN PARTICIPATION AND NEW FORMS OF SOCIAL CONTROL BEFORE NEW TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract: The present work is about the citizenship invested by the digital phyto and the effects of the Internet on the current model of communication between the social actors. The virtual environment provides interaction, which allows citizens to participate in the governance process, taking into account related events. Technological resources can be used as a strategic proposal for mediation in distinct and collective interest. Thus, the methodological anchorage was used to approach the deductive method, starting from the general view of the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), for the impact of interactions and communication of the State in relation to society, as a way of securing rights. As for the procedure method, the monographic was used with the bibliographical research, which will verify how the Internet constitutes an environment of communication that seizes social actors in contemporary times also demonstrating the role of the State in the face of new communication technologies.
