FEMINICÍDIO: POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE GARANTIAS DE GÊNERO OU EXCESSO DE PROTEÇÃO

Resumo

O presente artigo versa sobre políticas públicas garantistas do gênero feminino, o seu empoderamento em meio social e familiar, evidenciando: a tentativa de ganho de espaço da mulher no decorrer do tempo, nos mais diversos setores, a fim de atingir a igualdade como ser humano; a luta contra a violência, em seus diversos modos; a instituição do crime de feminicídio como garantia de securidade; e a retórica feminina na busca de eficiência do cumprimento das garantias igualitárias como ponto de reestruturação cultural e educacional. Ou seja, tudo aquilo que visa mudar a concepção de desqualificação e submissão entre homem e mulher, no feixe da desconstituição dos preconceitos ainda existentes.

Abstract: This article deals with public policy warranty female, their empowerment in social and family environment, showing the attempt of the woman space gain over time in the pursuit of equality as a human being; the fight against violence in its various modes; the femicide crime institution as-security assurance; and women's rhetoric in pursuit of efficiency of compliance with equal guarantees as a point of cultural and educational restructuring, to change the design of disqualification and submission between man and woman, in deconstitution beam of remaining prejudices.
