A GESTÃO URBANA PARTICIPATIVA NO PLANO MUNICIPAL

Resumo

O presente artigo tem como objetivo abordar o tema da gestão urbana das cidades a partir da ideia de participação da coletividade no planejamento urbano. Aborda, também, os instrumentos normativos do sistema jurídico brasileiro que possibilitam a abertura do poder de decisão da administração pública municipal às necessidades da população.

PARTICIPATORY URBAN MANAGEMENT IN THE MUNICIPAL PLAN

Abstract: This article aims to address the theme of urban management of cities based on the idea of collective participation in urban planning. Also, this work approach the normative instruments of the Brazilian legal system that allow the opening of the power of decision of the municipal public administration to the needs of the population.
