MEDIAÇÃO COMUNITÁRIA COMO POLÍTICA PÚBLICA DE EFETIVAÇÃO

Resumo

O presente artigo tem como escopo analisar as questões envolvendo a falta de diálogo entre as pessoas e como este tem sido prejudicial em suas vidas, de modo a cada vez mais afastá-las uma das outras, fortalecendo o pensamento individualista. É nesse sentido, que surge a mediação comunitária como uma política pública de inclusão social, no intuito de resolver as lides, objetivando fomentar uma efetiva prática cidadã e democrática, contribuindo para um melhor entendimento de respeito entre os envolvidos, assim como para um tratamento adequado das controvérsias no âmbito da comunidade. Ainda, importante referir que o trabalho foi realizado mediante pesquisa bibliográfica.

COMMUNITY MEDIATION AS PUBLIC POLICY EFFECTIVE

Abstract: The present article has the objective to analyze the issues surrounding the lack of dialogue between people and how this has been detrimental to their lives, to increasingly alienate them from one another, strengthening individualist thinking. In this sense, it appears the community mediation as a public policy of social inclusion, in order to solve the chores, aiming to foster effective practice democratic and citizen, contributing to a better understanding of respect among stakeholders, as well as appropriate treatment of disputes in the community. Also important to note that the study was performed by literature search.
