A CONQUISTA DE DIREITOS DA MULHER: LEI MARIA DA PENHA E SEUS MECANISMOS DE CONTROLE

Resumo

Este trabalho tem como tema análise da conquista dos direitos da mulher através da evolução dos direitos humanos até a criação da lei Maria da Penha. Observou-se a criação de novos mecanismos de controle para agressores de mulheres, vítimas de violência doméstica. Desse modo, verificou-se que os direitos previstos estão sendo observados perante o sistema penal brasileiro, sob o prisma dos direitos humanos e garantias fundamentais, conforme a constituição federal de 1988. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico, por acreditar estar de acordo com os objetivos propostos. Nas considerações finais, apresenta-se a relevância de medidas protetivas com a Lei: 11.340/2006 – Lei Maria da Penha.

Women 's rights of conquest: Maria Law Penha and its control mechanism

Abstract: This work is subject analysis of the achievement of women's rights through the evolution of human rights to the creation of Maria da Penha law. creation was observed new control mechanisms for women offenders , victims of domestic violence. Thus , it was found that the planned rights are being observed before the Brazilian penal system , from the perspective of human rights and guarantees , according to the federal constitution of 1988.Trata is a bibliographic nature of research , believing be according to the proposed objectives. In closing remarks, it shows the importance of protective measures with the law: 11.340/2006 - Maria da Penha Law.
