EDUCAÇÃO, DIREITOS HUMANOS E AMBIENTE ESCOLAR

Resumo

No presente artigo, seguem os resultados obtidos durante as investigações realizadas numa escola pública de Santa Maria – RS. Tendo por objetivos investigar, verificar e identificar de que maneira os direitos humanos são abordados e assegurados na escola. Na pesquisa, os dados foram coletados utilizando como instrumento questionários, participou da pesquisa, cinquenta e quatro alunos e três professores do 9º ano da escola elencada. Este estudo foi fundamentado nas reflexões de teóricos acerca dos temas, escola, educação e direitos humanos, além de documentos como Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, Plano Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos, Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais da Educação Básica, Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola e Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos. Os resultados do trabalho apontam para alguns fatores negativos, como a deficiência de trabalhar nas práticas pedagógicas os direitos humanos e, uma educação pautada nos direitos humanos.

Education, Human Rights and school environment

Abstract: In this article, following the results obtained during the investigations carried out in a public school of Santa Maria - RS. With the objective to investigate, verify and identify how human rights are being addressed and assured at school. In the survey, data were collected using an instrument structured questionnaires, participated in the survey, fifty-four students and three teachers from the 9th year of elencada school. This study was based on theoretical reflections about the issues, school, education and human rights, as well as documents such as Law of Directives and Bases of National Education, Political Pedagogical Project of school and Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our results point to some negative factors , such as disability to work in pedagogical practices human rights and an education based on human rights.
