TRABALHO SINÔNIMO DE DIGNIDADE – UM OLHAR SOBRE A MULHER PRESA NA BUSCA DE CAPACITAÇÃO LABORAL COMO MEIO DE REINSERÇÃO SOCIAL

Resumo

O presente artigo busca analisar a importância da capacitação laboral dentro dos presídios femininos e o quanto isso está diretamente relacionado com a construção da dignidade dessas mulheres. Pontuando que a (re)inserção social pelo trabalho promove a construção de princípios como respeito e autonomia, valores primordiais para o rompimento com a criminalidade e a consequente valorização da pessoa humana. Para tanto, parte-se de uma breve análise do artigo primeiro, inciso terceiro da Carta Magna, que traz como um dos seus fundamentos a Dignidade da Pessoa Humana, seguido pelos valores sociais do trabalho. Faz uma reflexão acerca dos conceitos que envolvem o vocábulo dignidade e um rápido resgate histórico a respeito da função social das prisões e as primeiras prisões femininas no Brasil, o contexto atual das prisões femininas no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul e especificamente o Presídio Regional de Santa Maria – PRSM. Por fim busca-se relatar como vem sendo trabalhado nos últimos três anos a questão das capacitações para detentas no Presídio Regional de Santa Maria – PRSM, pelo Departamento de Tratamento Penal da SUSEPE.

Dignity of Work Synonym – A Look at the Woman Stuck in Training Search Work how Social Media Reinsertion

Abstract: This paper analyzes the importance of labor skills within women's prisons and how it is directly related to the construction of the dignity of these women. Pointing out that the (re) integration at work promotes the construction of principles such as respect and autonomy, core values for the break with the crime and the consequent enhancement of the human person. For this, one starts with a brief analysis of the first Article, third paragraph of the Constitution, which has as one of its foundations the Human Dignity, followed by the social values of work. It is a reflection about the concepts involving the word dignity and a quick historical review about the social function of prisons and the first women's prisons in Brazil, the current context of women's prisons in the Rio Grande do Sul State and specifically the Regional Jail Santa Maria - PRSM. Finally we seek to relate how has been working for the past three years the issue of training for inmates at the Presidio Regional Santa Maria - PRSM, the Department of Criminal Treatment of SUSEPE.
