TEIAS: TRAÇANDO A PLURALIDADE NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL

Resumo

O presente artigo foi elaborado a partir de uma intervenção de prática real, realizada com crianças na faixa-etária de 4 e 5 anos, inseridos na turma de nível Jardim A de uma escola privada, situada em Santa Maria, tendo por objetivo promover o desenvolvimento de valores como o respeito, dentro e fora de sala de aula, o direito à educação que é ferramenta para o crescimento pessoal, colocando-se enquanto direito humano posto que compõe a dignidade humana e torna o indivíduo capaz de atuar como cidadão. Foram desenvolvidas atividades que levassem as crianças a se conhecer, mas principalmente a respeitar o outro, compreendendo as diferenças e buscando a tolerância entre o grupo. Ressalta-se que a proposta de educação em direitos humanos requer um trabalho compartilhado e participativo de todos(as) que estão envolvidos no projeto pedagógico. Percebi que trabalhar esse tipo de assunto em sala de aula desperta o interesse e a criatividade das crianças, bem como desenvolve noções de justiça, solidariedade e humanidade.

Abstract: This paper was written from a real practice of intervention, performed with 4 and 5-year-old children in the level A kindergarden at a private school, in Santa Maria, with the goal of promoting the development of values such as respect, inside and outside the classroom, the right to education as a tool for personal growth, placing itself as a human right, since it makes up human dignity and becomes the individual able of acting as a citizen. Activities were developed in a way to lead children to know themselves, but above all to respect each other, uunderstanding the differences and seeking tolerance among the group. It is important to emphasize that the proposed human rights education requires a shared and collaborative work of all who are involved in the educational project. I realized that working this subject in classroom evokes the interest and creativity of children and develops notions of justice, solidarity and humanity.
