DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA DA PRIMEIRA REPÚBLICA À CONTEMPORANEIDADE BRASILEIRA (1889-): ENTRE MUDANÇAS NO ENSINO E A EFETIVAÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO COMO DIREITO HUMANO FUNDAMENTAL

Resumo

Identificar as mudanças normativas no ensino básico a partir da Primeira República no Brasil (1889), relacionando as mudanças históricas na matriz curricular do ensino básico vistas à sua formatação na sociedade contemporânea, verificando se as mudanças no ensino básico fortaleceram ou fragilizaram a educação contemporânea e dimensionando-as à efetivação dos direitos humanos fundamentais, constituem os objetivos norteadores da pesquisa. Para tanto, parte-se de pesquisa histórica das mudanças precursoras à contemporaneidade, através de metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica, cuja estratégia exploratória consiste na verificação da dimensão destas à efetivação dos direitos humanos fundamentais na sociedade contemporânea, propriamente da educação. Nesta senda, a base descritiva consiste na compreensão das mudanças ocorridas na educação básica, caminhando pelos precedentes históricos com a utilização de instrumento de pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico. Frente à atual conjuntura social, pautada em direitos humanos, verifica-se a atenção para uma educação humanizadora, atrelada à própria dignidade da condição humana, e mais, à própria vida. No decorrer do processo histórico, a educação alçou-se à direito humano fundamental, elemento essencial na constituição humana e como ser em sociedade, de forma que as mudanças na matriz curricular proporcionaram a ampliação das perspectivas de ensino – integrador, participativo.

Of Basic Education Of First Republic To Brazilian Contemporary (1889-): Between Changes In Education And Effective Education As A Fundamental Human Right

Abstract: Identify regulatory changes in basic education from the First Republic in Brazil (1889), relating the historical changes in the curriculum of basic education view to its formatting in contemporary society, making sure that the changes in primary education strengthened or weakened contemporary education and scaling them to the realization of fundamental human rights, constitute the guiding objectives of the research. To do so, they start to historical research of the precursor changes to contemporary, through bibliographic research methodology whose exploratory strategy consists in verifying the size of these to the realization of fundamental human rights in contemporary society, proper education. In this vein, the descriptive base consists in understanding the changes in basic education, walking through the historical precedents to the use of imprint bibliographic research tool. Faced with the current social climate, based on human rights, there is attention for a humanizing education, linked to the dignity of the human condition, and more, to life itself. During the historical process, education lifted to the fundamental human right, essential element in the human constitution and how to be in society, so that changes in the curriculum provided the expansion of educational perspectives - integrator, participatory.
