O EDUCADOR COMO INTELECTUAL ORGÂNICO EM DIREITOS HUMANOS

Resumo

Objetivamos, neste trabalho, apresentar a concepção gramsciniana de educação como fundamento para se pensar o educador como intelectual orgânico em Direitos Humanos, um mestre sensibilizado que considera desde sua consciência a realidade humana e os problemas que ferem sua dignidade. Além dessa sensibilização, o educador precisa tornar-se criativo e ativo por meio de sua práxis pedagógica abrindo caminhos e espaços para uma formação libertária e humanizadora em Direitos Humanos tanto dentro quanto fora das salas de aula. Essa consciência prática reflete diretamente na sua práxis pedagógica, despertada para uma conduta ética alicerçada no respeito aos Direitos Humanos. A intenção é apresentar o intelectual orgânico não apenas como alguém responsável pela criação desse espaço formador em Direitos Humanos, mas como referência exemplar aos alunos, ou seja, com conduta excepcional e humanista que inspire os alunos em seu exemplo humano e possibilite-o tornar-se, além de ativista, um ideal personificado, respeitado e admirado por seu caráter. Portanto, inspirados na teoria gramsciniana de educação, defendemos uma proposta de formação em Direitos Humanos interdisciplinar e independente de formalismos e objetivismos, mas que, sobretudo, considera e respeita a identidade cultural e as subjetividades de seus alunos.

The Educator As Organic Intellectual In Human Rights

Abstract: In this work, we develop a proposal of thinking the Educator as an organic intellectual in Human Rights, an aware professor who considers from his consciousness the human reality and the problems that hurt their dignity. Beyond this awareness, that professor becomes creative and active through his pedagogical praxis, opening paths and spaces for a libertarian and humanizing formation in human rights in the classroom. This practical awareness reflects directly on their pedagogical praxis, awakened by higher requirements of ethical conduct that are concerned in the Human Rights. The organic intellectual becomes not only responsible for the creation of this former space on Human Rights, but also becomes exemplar to the students, so its exceptional and humanist conduct inspires students in his human example, and this becomes well as an activist an ideal personified, respected and admired by his character. A responsibility to the forming in human rights is interdisciplinary and independent of formalities and objectivisms, it considers and respects above all the cultural identity and subjectivity of their students.
