RAZÃO, VIDA, CONSCIÊNCIA: DA ONTOLOGIA METAFÍSICA À ONTOLOGIA EXISTENCIAL

Resumo

Este breve texto tem por objetivo principal pontuar, de forma muito breve e modesta, alguns elementos pertinentes no que tange as transformações históricas da ontologia ao longo da tradição filosófica ocidental. Nossa tarefa será sobretudo a de reconstrução de algumas ideias de Ernildo Stein e Gerd Bornheim na medida em que estes estão entre alguns dos maiores expoentes no que tange à recepção da tradição filosófica ocidental em solo brasileiro, bem como também figuram como dois dos mais proeminentes e fecundos intérpretes da história da filosofia nesse mesmo contexto. Em rapidíssimo sobrevôo histórico, o presente texto tem três momentos: o paradigma da Razão representado por um arco de dois milênios entre Platão e Hegel, o paradigma da Vida representado por Schopenhauer e Nietzsche no século XIX e, finalmente, o paradigma da consciência e da existência representado, sobretudo aqui, pela filosofia de Sartre.

Reason, Life, Consciousness: From the Metaphysical Ontology to the Existencial Ontology

Abstract: This brief paper has as main objective scoring, very brief and modest, some relevant facts regarding the historical changes of the ontology along the western philosophical tradition. Our task will be mostly the reconstruction of some ideas of Ernildo Stein and Gerd Bornheim insofar as these are among some of the greatest exponents with respect to the receipt of the western philosophical tradition in Brazilian soil, and also appear as two of the most prominent and prolific performers in the history of philosophy in that context. In very rapid historic flyby, this text has three moments: the paradigm of Reason represented by an arc of two millennia between Plato and Hegel, the paradigm of Life represented by Schopenhauer and Nietzsche in the nineteenth century, and finally the paradigm of consciousness and represented there, especially here, about the philosophy of Sartre.
