OS PROBLEMAS EM CONHECER A NORMA MORAL

Resumo

O objetivo da pesquisa é apresentar os problemas para conhecer a norma moral, nos treze (13) primeiros parágrafos do opúsculo, A origem do conhecimento moral (Vom Ursprung Sittlicher Erkenntnis-1889), de Franz Brentano (1838-1917). Brentano admite que o problema em conhecer a norma moral é uma aporia complicada de ser resolvida, pois está atrelada a uma sanção natural. Desse modo, busca-se explicitar o que é a sanção natural; em seguida, dizer que nem o impulso de um sentimento, nem o temor ou a esperança e muito menos um mandamento de uma vontade alheia podem ser entendidos como sanção natural; e, por fim, que a sanção natural é um mandamento que procede da preferência interna no sentido de uma evidência do que é certo.

Problems In To Know The Moral Norm

Abstract: The research objective is to present the problems to know the moral norm, in the thirteen (13) first paragraphs of the booklet, The origin of moral knowledge (Erkenntnis Vom Ursprung sittlicher-1889), of Franz Brentano (1838-1917). Brentano admits that the problem in knowing the moral norm is an aporia complicated to be resolved, because it is linked to a natural sanction. In that way, seeks up to explicit what is the natural sanction; then, to say that neither the impulse of a feeling, or fear or hope and much less a commandment of an alien will be understood as natural sanction; and, finally, that the natural sanction is a commandment that comes from internal preference in the sense an evidence of what is right.
