DIREITOS HUMANOS, INCLUSÃO E AUTISMO

Resumo

Este estudo tem como questão central entender a contribuição dos Direitos Humanos na vida de crianças com autismo. Busca-se, dessa maneira, abranger esse assunto como um importante elemento para pensar a inclusão dessas crianças. Nesse sentido, procura-se contextualizar os Direitos Humanos, a Educação Especial com ênfase no Autismo e na Inclusão. Procura-se também problematizar a articulação dos Direitos Humanos com o contexto da inclusão. Para compreender essa questão, um objetivo geral foi estabelecido: conhecer a realidade de uma família, onde sua filha estuda em escola regular/privada; investigar as contribuições dos Direitos Humanos para a Inclusão e avaliar a inclusão de crianças com autismo em escola particular. Como base metodológica esta pesquisa se inscreve, em um estudo bibliográfico e toma como objeto de pesquisa textos e livros do assunto em pauta, e para findar-se a pesquisa e obter melhores resultados, foi realizado um estudo de caso com a família supracitada e do livro Mariana no mundo dos Saltisonhos, umas palavras do autismo, bem como alguns questionamentos voltados para os pais da aluna e a equipe escolar, com ênfase na sua inserção escolar. Este estudo mostrou a importância de os Direitos Humanos estarem integrados nas discussões metodológicas em relação à inclusão desses alunos, ou seja, é por meio também dos Direitos Humanos que esses sujeitos conseguem ser incluídos, sendo aceitos e conseguindo expressar-se. Isso favorece, assim, sua socialização e sua inserção no mundo externo. Portanto, entende-se que os Direitos Humanos e a Inclusão precisam unir-se, fazendo parte de um mesmo campo epistemológico.

Human Rights, Inclusion And Autism

Abstract: The goal of the present study was to undestand the contribution of human rights in the lives of children with autism. In this way, the goal is to cover this subject as an important element in thinking about child inclusion. Therefore, the study seek to contextualize Human Rights, Special Education with emphasis on Autism and Inclusion. It also seeks to evaluate the articulation of Human Rights with the context of inclusion. To understand this question, a general goal was established: to know the reality of a family, where his daughter studies in a regular / private school; to investigate the contributions of Human Rights for Inclusion and to evaluate the inclusion of children with autism in private school. As a methodological basis, this research is characterized, in a bibliographic study and is based on texts and books of the subject matter, and to finish the research and obtain better results, a case study was carried out with the aforementioned family and of the book Mariana no mundo dos Saltisonhos, umas palavras do autismo, as well as some questions directed to the parents of the student and the school team, with emphasis on their school insertion. This study showed the importance of Human Rights being integrated in the methodological discussions regarding the inclusion of these students, who through Human Rights can also be included, being accepted and being able to express themselves. This favors, therefore, their socialization and insertion in the external world. Therefore, it is understood that Human Rights and Inclusion must unite, being part of the same epistemological field.
