O SUMO BEM COMO COMPLEMENTAÇÃO NECESSÁRIA DA TEORIA MORAL KANTIANA

Resumo

A presente exposição procura oferecer uma interpretação abrangente e sistemática da doutrina do sumo bem. Embora o conceito ou ideia de sumo bem já tenha a sua legitimidade assegurada desde o início do período crítico, é somente a partir de uma perspectiva prática da faculdade de julgar reflexionante que ele passa a se constituir como uma parte indispensável da teoria moral e da arquitetônica da razão pura. Por um lado, o trabalho busca demonstrar que o sumo bem não compromete o princípio fundamental da moralidade. Por outro lado, busca-se demonstrar que ele – o sumo bem - complementa teleologicamente a teoria moral kantiana representando o fim último da razão pura para todos os seres racionais humanos.

Highest Good As Necessary Complement To The Kant’s Moral Theory

Abstract: This exposition seeks to offer an embracing and systematic interpretation of the highest good’s doctrine. Although the concept of idea of the highest good already has its legitimacy assured since the beginning of the critical period, it is only from a practical perspective of the reflective faculty of judging that it becomes an indispensable part of the moral theory and the architectural of the pure reason. On the one hand, the work seeks to demonstrate that the highest good does not compromise the fundamental principle of morality. On the other hand, it seeks to demonstrate that it – the highest good - teleologically completes the Kantian Moral Theory by representing the ultimate end of the pure reason for all the rational human beings.
