A EXPERIÊNCIA DE SER PÓ: SABIA-SE QUE ERA QUARESMA E QUE QUARESMA ERA!

Resumo

O trabalho, que ora apresenta-se, fora elaborado e disposto em cinco partes, mais introdução e conclusão. Procura-se responder aos questionamentos existenciais entranhados na pessoa humana que se debate entre o ser e não ser ao mesmo tempo. Ser tudo e já não poder ser nada. O conteúdo reflete sobre o ser humano à luz da sabedoria bíblica e do discurso da Igreja. Expressa o sentimento e o pensamento de autores que falam, através de seus personagens, sobre o sentido do viver e do morrer, ainda que em vida. O conteúdo espelha a experiência do próprio autor durante a quaresma de 2010, período de sua moléstia e provações. Confirma com o próprio testemunho as palavras litúrgicas da quarta-feira de cinzas: “Lembra-te que és pó e em pó te tornarás” (Jl 2,13; Gn 3,19b).

THE EXPERIENCE OF BEING DUST

EVERYBODY KNEW IT WAS LENT BUT WHAT A LENT IT TURN OUT TO BE!

Abstract: The work, now being presented, was elaborated and laid out in five parts, besides its introduction and conclusion. We intend to find answers for some of the questionable facts pertaining to our existence which are interconnected deeply within the human person who struggles between the state of being and not being at the same time. What does it mean to have it all now, and then, to become aware of one’s nothingness. Its content carefully considers (reflects upon) the human being under the light of biblical wisdom (knowledge) and the Church’s discourse. It expresses the sentiment and the thought (mind) of those authors who speak, through their personages (characters), about the meaning of life and death, though still living. Its content mirrors the author’s own experience during the season of Lent of 2010, the period of his malady and his afflictions. He confirms with his own testimony the liturgical words found in the Ash-Wednesday ceremony: “Remember, man, you are dust, and to dust you will return”(Jl 2:13; Gn 3:19).
